Sumatera Barat’s Consumer Tendency Index (ITK) in Quarter IV - 2018 is 104.75

In general, the Consumer Tendency Index (ITK) in Sumatera Barat in quarter IV-2018 has increased compared to quarter III-2018. ITK in the fourth quarter of 2018 amounted to 104.75 while quarter III-2018 was only 95.39.
The rise in ITK values was caused by an increase in the ITK forming variable index, namely household income, increasing from 97.51 to 108.38 although the effect of inflation on total household expenditure increased from 94.81 in the third quarter of 2018 to 100.18 in the fourth quarter 2018 but still relatively low and variable volume / frequency of consumption increased from 91.07 to 101.88 in the fourth quarter of 2018
